✅ Shut / Closing Company  |  Steps 

🔐 Company Shut  

Shut Company means temporarily closing the currently open company in TallyPrime.

• It does NOT delete the company.

• All data remains safe.

• Used when you want to open another company or exit the current one.

📝 Steps to Shut Company in TallyPrime

1. Press Alt + K (Company Menu)

2. Select Shut Company

3. Choose the company

4. Press Enter

The company will be closed temporarily.

📂 Select Company 

Select Company means opening an existing company to start working in it.

Used when:

• You have already created a company

• You want to open another company

• You want to work with multiple companies

📝 Steps to Select Company in TallyPrime

1. Press Alt + K (Company Menu)

2. Select Select

3. Choose the required company from the list

4. Press Enter

The selected company will open.
