🧠 Pening Balance vs. Receipt Voucher

  • Scenario A: If migrating from old manual books, enter the amount in
    Opening Balance.
  • Scenario B: If starting business today, keep opening balance as
    0 and record ₹5,00,000 using a
Receipt Voucher (F6) so the amount flows into Cash/Bank properly.
